INFORMATION SERVICE

Airport information service:

Will provide and direct passengers and customers with accurate  information on flight and airport services for 24 hours a day.

Will help solve the problems faced by passengers and customers due to flight changes, weather conditions and other unpredictable factors.

Locations: Located at airport terminal’s 1st, 2nd floor and Border Control Zone and able to recognize by the "?" sign. 

Call center service:

Will provide and direct passengers and customers with accurate information on flight and organizations or companies of public and private involved in flight and airport services  by the telephone number 19001980 for 24 hours.

Service fee: 1 minute for 500₮

Online chat support service:

Will provide, direct and solve problems for passengers and customers with accurate  information on flight and airport services through email and app chat (www.ulaanbaatar-airport.mn  and  CKIA app ) for 24 hours a day.

Airport PA Announcement service:

Announcement of flight changes, take-offs, arrivals, passenger-based advisories, safety & security warnings and passenger pagings will be announced 24 hours.
